Condition Evaluation
Vector has the expertise and experienced personnel to undertake condition evaluation for various structures including bridges, buildings, storage tanks and chests, etc. The type of condition evaluation can range from simple visual inspection to detailed corrosion and delamination surveys along with sophisticated laboratory testing. Once the condition evaluation is completed, a report is prepared to document condition, deficiencies, locations, quantities and repair and/or protection solutions for all areas inspected. Based on the work detailed in the report Vector can prepare and submit budget pricing for the completion of the recommended work.
Corrosion Testing
As part of condition evaluation, corrosion investigation, or on a stand alone basis, Vector is setup to undertake the various specialized corrosion testing such as:
Chloride testing
Carbonation testing
Half-cell surveys
Corrosion rate measurements
In addition to completing the testing Vector will interpret the results and provide owners and engineers with reports that will show in great detail the corrosion condition of the tested structure, the most appropriate course of action, and recommended maintenance schedule.
Technical Assistance
Vector managers and engineers are involved worldwide in projects that require their expertise in the form of technical assistance and on-site training of local staff. Our on site technical assistance personnel can manage all aspects of repair and/or protection projects, train and supervise local work force, provide equipment along with maintenance and troubleshooting services, and support site engineering staff with technical solutions for various repairs.
Project Management
Vector Construction Group has the capabilities and required experience to manage large projects from start to finish, or manage portions of any project including site development in remote locations.
Educational Services
