Thin or penetrating sealers are used where minimal protection is required. A variety of penetrating sealers can be used for the following purposes: strengthening of freshly poured concrete surfaces, waterproofing, damp proofing, or conditioning concrete surfaces for painting.

Some of the typical penetrating sealers that Vector has installed over the years are silane sealers, and silicate sealers.

Benefits:	Protects against damage from moisture intrusion and chloride ion penetration Most sealers do not alter natural surface appearance Allows interior moisture to escape without damaging sealer
