Vector Corrosion Technologies Completes Acquisition of Electrochemical Products Business from Fosroc International

January 29, 2009 - Vector Corrosion Technologies and Fosroc International announced today the companies have finalized an agreement for Vector to acquire the electrochemical business assets and elements of Fosroc Corrosion Solutions from Fosroc.
